Mike is a versatile interior designer with expertise in both residential and commercial projects. His comprehensive knowledge of construction allows him to design homes and commercial spaces from the ground up. Mike is known for his innovative approach, creating unique, one-of-a-kind spaces tailored specifically to each client. He believes in the importance of originality, often telling his staff, "There is never a reason to use the same design twice."

Chrisie Hahs has worked at Rust & Martin for 15 years. Responsible for customer service, management, delivery and billing questions, she is the "Swiss army knife" of the store. She hopes to always fill in and solve any problem with the right tool or answer, and is happy to help with customer questions and needs.

Julie graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 1986 with a bachelor's degree in interior design and a minor in drafting. Since joining Rust & Martin in 2001, she has overseen a wide range of projects, including new constructions, room additions, complete renovations, and numerous kitchen and bath remodels. Her extensive experience and dedication have made her an integral part of the team.

Brandon has been a part of Rust & Martin for nearly 20 years, perfecting his talent for classic design and home-making. He thrives on collaboration, working closely with Mike and the rest of the design team to create unique and beautiful client projects. His long tenure at the company is a testament to his commitment and passion for design.

Brent graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2019 with a degree in historic preservation and a background in landscape horticulture. His appreciation for design in these fields led him to a career at Rust & Martin, where he has been for the past two years. Brent values the collaborative feedback process within the team and strives to create elegant, timeless and collected looks for his clients.
