Design Fees

Free consultation up to 90 minutes in the store
$250 for consultaton on location

Design Process

Schematic Design: We collaborate with you to develop conceptual designs, including color schemes, samples and drawings.
Design Development: Together, we refine the approved designs with detailed drawings, floor plans and elevations. This phase includes collaborative shopping, showroom visits, and the selection of furnishings, fixtures, and finishes. Budgets are finalized with your input.
Documentation: We prepare all necessary documents for construction, including specifications and proposals for furnishings, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
Construction Administration and Installation: We conduct site visits to ensure quality and progress, and coordinate the delivery and installation of furnishings, working hand-in-hand with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Other Services: We offer smaller design services for specific problems or on-site consultations. Our passion for design drives us to help you create your dream home in any way possible.
